I use sliding scale pricing of between $120-150 per hour, based on income. $150 fortnightly for WINZ clients. I accept payment in cash or bank transfer.
I do 60 minute sessions, however I may be able to adjust this to your individual needs.
Yes. Although primarily offer in person counselling in Christchurch, I offer online counselling too.
Weekly or fortnightly is usually most helpful initially, but I understand that some people cannot do this for various reasons, so I am open to other options as long as I have availability.
This depends on you and your individual therapeutic goals. In our first (free) session, when I have more of a picture of your situation, I may be able to provide a rough estimate.
